Refund and Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with the purchase, you can return it to us for a refund or exchange according to the following circumstances.

Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. But we cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Damaged Or Incomplete Products

If you receive a damaged or incomplete order, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receiving the package) with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the outside of the package and all the contents received. We’ll review the information and provide a solution, which may include a replacement, a refund, or another solution. If we need you to return any damaged or incorrect items, we’ll provide you with instructions on how to do so. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

Returns

We accept returns on products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

1. Orders Cancellation
After you have obtained the approval of our staff, we will accept the cancellation of the order before the product is shipped.
If the order is canceled, you will get a full refund.
If the product has been shipped, we can’t cancel the order.
2. Returns
We would like to contact you to look together at another product that suits you better! If you do not want replacement products, we will refund the return amount. If reasonably possible, in the original condition and packaging to us, in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and be applied to your Paypal.

Return Process

(1). To initiate a return or exchange, please email us your order number and product photo (if applicable) to us support@banlight.com, to obtain a return authorization (RMA) number.
We will send your own RMA number and return address to you by email within 3 working days.
Upon receipt of the RMA number, the customer has 7 calendar days to return the original item with the label in the original package.
The returned mail is then mailed to the attachment address.
(2). The customer needs to send the package and its tracking number back to you within 7 calendar days after obtaining the RMA number.
(3). If banlight.com is responsible for the freight, we will refund the tax and the refunded freight and refund it in the same way as your original payment.
(4). In order to exchange, we will check the package you returned and send the required new package within 7 working days.
We will also update the tracking number of the new package for you by email.

Return Shipping Cost

(1). If the goods are returned or exchanged due to banlight error or defective products, we will refund the full cost of the goods and the return transportation fee.
(2). If there is no product quality problem and you choose to return the product, you need to bear the return shipping costs.
(3). We regret that we are unable to send prepaid return shipping labels in all parcels.
Use your own traceable and insured mode of transportation.
Please note that we do not bear any responsibility for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Late Or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your Paypal again.
Then contact your PayPal, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Note On Delivery and Execution
1. We will take the greatest possible care when receiving and executing orders for products and when assessing applications for the provision of services.

2. The place of delivery is the address that the consumer has made known to us.

3. With due observance of these general terms and conditions, we will execute accepted orders expeditiously but at the latest within 30 days, unless a longer delivery period has been agreed. If the delivery is delayed, or if an order cannot or only partially be executed, the consumer will be notified of this no later than one month after he has placed the order. In that case, the consumer has the right to dissolve the agreement without costs and is entitled to any compensation.

4. In the event of dissolution in accordance with the previous paragraph, we will refund the amount that the consumer has paid as soon as possible, but at the latest within 30 days after dissolution.

5. If delivery of an ordered product proves to be impossible, we will make every effort to make a replacement item available. At the latest upon delivery, it will be stated in a clear and comprehensible manner that a replacement item is being delivered. For replacement items right of withdrawal can not be excluded. The costs of return shipment are for the account of the entrepreneur.

6. The risk of damage and/or loss of products rests with us until the moment of delivery to the consumer, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
