Shipping policy

Standard Receiving Time = Processing time + Shipping time = 7-15 business days.

All estimated/typical delivery times are derived from real-world data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.

Shipping times will affect public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations. We have no control over this. Regular service resumes immediately after each holiday.

Processing time

In order for our customers to receive the items as soon as possible, we will strive to check the inventory and process your order within 1-3 business days. We support delivery to most areas where the USA post office support delivery, except military areas.

  • Items will be shipped as soon as possible, but not later than within 5 business days on payment received. Delivery time depends on destination and other factors (for example increased logistic volumes in the Christmas period).

Shipping Costs & Duties

  • Free shipping on all orders over $60.01.
  • We charge a $5.99 shipping fee on all orders under $60.

However, this does not include customs duties of the country of destination. If necessary, you will pay at your own expense. As we have no control over your customs policy, I hope you can understand.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped. If you haven’t received tracking info within 7 days, please contact us.

For some shipping companies, it takes 3-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 10 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the entered delivery address is correct. We will not be responsible for any return or loss due to an incorrect address. The additional costs incurred by the need to resend the package should also be paid by the customer. For unexplained non-payment behavior, the customer may bear the cost.

Order cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. But we cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Sometimes although you send us a cancellation email, when we check the email, the package has already been sent and we cannot cancel the order. Please contact us after receiving the goods. We will provide a solution. Thank you for your understanding.
